Our Story
Radiance Hope Outreach was founded with a vision to bring light, knowledge, and hope to individuals affected by diabetes. Seeing the growing number of undiagnosed and unmanaged cases in Ghana, we committed ourselves to prevention, education, and support.
Starting in Accra with a small but passionate team of volunteers and health advocates, we have grown our reach to communities across all regions of Ghana — one screening, one workshop, one support group at a time.
Our Purpose
To reduce the burden of diabetes in Ghana through awareness, early detection, community education, and supportive outreach programs.
A Ghana where every individual understands diabetes, has access to screening, and receives the support needed to live a healthy life.
